| Families, friends, and teams of co-workers are invited to the Challenger Space Center to participate in an exciting space-based learning environment where children, families, senior citizens, corporate teams and other community members fly simulated space flight missions involving flight crews, mission controllers and scientists. The Challenger Space Center’s
Technology Flight Deck features over $1 million in technology, including
a Mission Control room designed after Johnson Space Center; the Spacecraft,
designed to simulate a room onboard the International Space Station
(ISS); and the ESTM, or Earth Space Transit Module, which transports
teams of crew members up to dock with the ISS so they can live and work
in space. *RENDEZVOUS WITH A COMET* *VOYAGE TO MARS* |
